Hi there! I’m Kelli Wiltshire, the proud owner of Kelli The TC.

When I first got into real estate, I thought the goal was to be a rockstar agent. I dove in headfirst—balancing open houses, showings, and client needs, all while raising my kids and trying to keep life balanced. But I quickly realized that the hustle wasn’t the right fit for me. What I really loved was keeping things organized, managing timelines, and making sure every detail was just right.

That’s when I decided to launch Kelli the TC—a transaction coordination service built to give agents the backend support I knew they needed (because I needed it too).  Now, I help Realtors® focus on what they do best while I handle compliance, contracts, deadlines, and the paperwork that can overwhelm a growing business.

With over seven years in real estate—including three years as a Realtor managing my own transactions—and 15+ years in customer service, I bring a detail-oriented, proactive approach to every file. My background as a Compliance Specialist sharpened my ability to manage regulatory requirements and strict deadlines across multiple agencies, making accuracy and efficiency my top priorities.
